For me food swings mood. Pakistan is a country where people are passionate about their food, which is full of flavour and they love to eat.

Are you craving a healthy chicken recipe? Well, I have a unique recipe! Which I want to share with you. Most of the time I have leftover boiled rice and have nothing to put on top of it. Then I make this easy and quick paprika chicken for my lunch. This recipe is especially for lunch or whenever you want.

All you want to make this so, complete the ingredients and start cooking.

 Paprika Chicken



INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp.  olive oil

2 onions, halved and thinly sliced

2 green onion, finely chopped

2-3 tsp paprika powder

Salt to taste

3 pieces of roasted red pepper (long red pepper)

1 chopped tomato

2 cloves garlic

500g chicken boneless

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the oil in a pan, then add the onions. Cover, then gently fry until soft, about 10 mins. Put the long red pepper chopped on it.

On the other hand, marinate chicken with paprika powder and salt put the chicken into the pan, and do stir fry for a few mins. Now at this stage add tomato then add some splash of water, then simmer for 10 mins or until the chicken is tender.

  Now sprinkle green onion on it and your yummy, delicious Paprika chicken is ready then serve in bowls. You can enjoy this recipe with rice and you can eat this with noodles as well it’s optional.

We can also use leftover rice with different methods we can make rice cheese balls. The taste of these rice balls is incredibly delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

Leftover rice 2 cup

 1 cup shredded chicken

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1 chopped onion

½ tbsp black pepper

Salt to taste

½ tbsp chili flakes

½ cup cornflour

2 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:

Take one bowl put the rice in it then add chicken, onion, black pepper, and all spices. Add one medium size egg for binding and mix well. Now wet your hands with water and make medium size fine balls. Add mozzarella into it. Cover it with flour then dip in another egg and fry in oil. You can also try more recipes from your leftover rice.
