Strawberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamin C which is very beneficial for health. Basil or Chia seeds are also a good source of fiber, antioxidants, protein, and omega 3 fatty acids. This combination is amazing and very delicious. Strawberry chia or basil seeds smoothie is one of the best smoothies for your healthy skin and many more. This Strawberry and basil or Chia Smoothie is the best smoothie for berry lovers. You can add this Strawberry and basil or Chia Seeds smoothie to your breakfast regularly, this smoothie gives you a lot of energy and keeps you full until lunch. This smoothie gives you a nutritional boost. Strawberry smoothie basil or chia seeds also helps for weight loss. It’s very helpful for burning fat as well.



This Strawberry with Basil or Chia seeds Smoothie is very easy and takes some minutes in your busy morning. It’s my favorite summer drink. Sometimes, we don’t want to add chia seeds in summer drinks, kids are also don’t like these types of drinks. They also don’t want to eat breakfast. so, you can try this Smoothie which is a very yummy and superb combination and your kids would love to drink. You can also make popsicles from this yummy Smoothie for your kids.



All you want is the recipe for a Strawberry smoothie with basil or chia seeds the recipe below:

Fresh Strawberries 400 gram

1 tbsp. Basil or Chia Seeds

3/4 cup yogurt

1/2 cup milk 




If strawberries are big cut them into halves. Soak chia seed in water. Now, put all ingredients in a blender. Blend all ingredients properly. You can add some sugar if you want. Otherwise, strawberries are sweet enough and no need for extra sugar.  Put basil or chia seeds on the top of the smoothie, mix as it is in Smoothie or blend with strawberries, as per your choice. Strawberry smoothies with basil or Chia seeds are ready to drink now.

Try this strawberry smoothie with basil or chia seeds in your breakfast. You can also add some oats to it. Soak the oats, strawberry, basil, or Chia seeds the whole night in the fridge or at least 3-4 hours then blend them all. It’s also very delicious and full of energy summer drinks.
